BBQ Maintenance Disclaimers and Acknowledgements

Service Window:
We offer arrival windows of 8:00-9:30 AM and 2:30-4:00 PM. While we aim to accommodate your preference, it may not always be possible. You will receive confirmation of your arrival window the day before and the day of your appointment via email and text message.
Customer Responsibilities:

Please ensure access to a working electrical outlet.

As the customer, you acknowledge familiarity with the safe operation of your barbecue grill, whether it’s powered by propane, charcoal, gas, wood, or electricity.

Inspect your grill for gas leaks prior to use after a cleaning service. Basic safety guidelines can be found in your grill's user manual.
Service Limitations and Disclaimers:

During the cleaning, repair, or handling of barbecues, especially older ones, parts may be rusted or corroded. These components may disintegrate, break, or fall apart upon contact. While care will be taken to prevent this, we are not responsible for any resulting damage.

When working on surfaces, including barbecue islands, existing issues such as loose or cracked tiles, grout, or other imperfections may not be visible. We cannot guarantee that these or other materials, including stainless steel, enamel, or manufacturer components, will remain unchanged or unaffected by our service. Rust, carbon, discoloration, and other stains may not be fully removable through cleaning.
Payment Terms:

Payment for services is due upon completion. Payments can be made via e-transfer to info@gtabbqcleaning.ca, or an invoice can be requested with payment links. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.

Overdue Payments: Payments that are overdue will incur a late fee of 10% per day. If payment remains outstanding after 30 days, we will initiate a claim with a collection agency.

Clients' Responsibility for Additional Costs: Clients are responsible for any additional service costs, including but not limited to parking and parts.

Service Availability: GTABBQCleaning will schedule services at a mutually convenient time, but unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with 72 business hours' notice or less will incur a non-refundable service fee of $200 CAD.

Limitation of Liability: GTABBQCleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that arise from improper use after the service. The service is performed with care but is limited to the tasks outlined in this agreement.

Pricing:
Pricing may vary based on BBQ size, condition, or additional services requested. Customers will be informed of any price changes before the service begins.
